We will provide you with a versatile aluminium gravel bike built for a comfortable riding experience. The quality parts are ready to tackle rough roads rides and forest paths . Alloy frame , carbon fork, Tiagra 10 spd or Sora 9spd groupset with disc brakes.
Our brands range from Scott, Cube, Forme and Bergamont.
 
Helmets and spd style pedals are available to rent.

Bikes will come with standard flat pedals if no spd is booked
You do not have to book flat pedals

  • Whats included

    Helmets and spd style pedals are available to rent, please book and pay for these options before checking out.

    Click on BOOK select your option and add it to your basket.

    We supply flat pedals as standard if no spd option is booked.

    We do not rent cycle shoes. you must bring your own.

    We supply 1 x tube, seat pack, tyre levers, pump and 2 x water bottle cages.

    We do not supply bottles but will have them for sale or bring your own.

    We do not supply any tools, please bring your own.

    We have a selection of essential items for sale at bike collection stage.

    Road bike - 700 x 23 - 25 presta valve

    Gravel bike - 700 x 25 - 28 presta valve

    Hybrid - 700 x 28 - 32 presta valve

  • Delivery details and bike set up and storage

    Your bike will be ready to collect on Friday 12th September at Cawdor Castle, Nairn.

    Bus transfers are available from the registration in Nairn.

    Please provide your booking number on arrival.

    This is the time to set your bike up with one of our mechanics.We will help to fit pedals and any other parts you bring .Once the bike is set up it is stored overnight at Cawdor castle in the secure bike compound.

    Your bike should be ready to start your ride on Saturday morning.

     

    Your bike will be collected from the transition in Fort William on Saturday for one day competitors and Sunday for two day competitors.

    Please ensure all personal items, including pedals, have been removed. We cannot accept any responsiblity for items left behind.

    Assistance will be available to help with this.

     

  • Refunds

    If you need to cancel your booking then a 75 % refund will be offered until 31/07/25

    No refunds will be offered after this date regardless of reason for cancellation, it is expexted you will have cancellation insurance in place to cover any unexpected injury or changes in circumstances.

    A transfer to next years event will be offered for any cancellation from 01/08/25.

    Notification must be given if you cannot attend or want to tranfer to next years event.

    There will be no refund or transfer option offered if you have not notified us of your non attendance or cancellation.
